M617, galanin(1–13)-Gln14-bradykinin(2–9)amide, is a chimeric peptide that acts as a selective agonist for the Galanin GalR1 receptor. M617 shows 25-fold specificity for GalR1with Ki values of 0.23 for GAL1 and 5.71 nM for GAL2.
M617is a Galanin GalR1 selective agonist.
