C527 is a potent inhibitor of the deubiquitinating enzyme complex USP1/UAF1 (IC50 = 0.88 μM). C527 dose dependently inhibits USP1 activity and induced proteasomal degradation of the trasnscriptional regulator ID1 in U20S osteosarcoma cells.
