General description
脂联素（也称为 Acrp30，AdipoQ）是一种脂肪细胞特异性分泌蛋白，在血浆中循环。在脂肪细胞分化过程中被诱导，其分泌受到胰岛素的刺激。 该蛋白具有羧基末端球状结构域和氨基末端胶原结构域。该基因定位于人类染色体 3q27人脂联素与小鼠的氨基酸同源性为 83%，与大鼠的同源性为 90%。

Biochem/physiol Actions
脂联素（也称为 Acrp30，AdipoQ）具有抗动脉粥样硬化和抗炎特性。在能量稳态、肥胖等多种生理过程中发挥作用。肥胖者血浆脂联素水平降低，水平降低与胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症有关。通过与脂联素受体、AdipoR1 和 AdipoR2 相互作用表现出抗糖尿病操作。低水平的脂联素也与高血压和血脂异常有关。276G 位点的基因突变与子宫内膜癌的发病风险有关。
Physical form
从 25 mM Tris、0.15 mNaCl（pH 7.4，含 50 μg 牛血清白蛋白 (BSA)/1μg 脂联素）过滤的 0.2 μm 溶液冻干。
Preparation Note
在含有至少 0.1%BSA 的 PBS 中重新制备浓度为 0.1-1.0 mg/mL 的溶液。然后将此贮备液稀释于其他水性缓冲液中，4℃ 保存 1 周或 –20℃ 保存备用。
打开样品瓶之前需离心。避免反复冻融。
Analysis Note
人重组脂联素抑制小鼠髓系细胞 M1 增殖的能力决定其活性。效果的 ED50 一般为 1-7μg/ml。
