General description

Application

Biochem/physiol Actions
AAT（α1抗胰蛋白酶）可作为丝氨酸蛋白酶抑制剂，其靶标为弹性蛋白酶、纤溶酶、胶原酶、凝血酶、白细胞蛋白酶、胰蛋白酶、胰凝乳蛋白酶和纤溶酶原激活剂。在临床上，它的缺乏与两种主要疾病有关：肺气肿和早期发作/青少年肝硬化。它会在发炎、恶性肿瘤、肝病、妊娠以及外科手术创伤和使用口服避孕药后升高。AAT和铜蓝蛋白的同时定量测定可对肝病进行鉴别诊断。AAT的升高是对组织坏死和炎症的一种急性反应。它可能可以作为皮肤鳞状细胞癌、乙型肝炎、胰岛素瘤、NSCLC（非小细胞肺癌）、乳头状甲状腺癌、肺癌和乳腺癌的一种生物标志物。
