General description
转化生长因子-β1(TGFβ1)被定位到人类染色体19q13.2。
转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)属于分泌蛋白的TGF-β超家族。TGF-β 1以TGF-β1、TGF-β2和TGF-β3三种亚型存在。TGF-β家族参与多种信号通路,涉及丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶。TGF-β通过与哺乳动物中的三种跨膜受体(I型,II型和III型受体)结合而起作用。 TGF-β调节的重要通路是SMAD、BMP、MAPK和PI3K/Akt通路。TGF-β 1参与细胞和组织的分化、增殖、炎症、单核细胞、中性粒细胞的迁移和趋化。TGF-β信号传导失调与许多炎症和自身免疫性疾病相关。抗转化生长因子-β1单克隆抗体与人、小鼠和大鼠TGF-β1特异性反应。在ELISA中,该抗体与TGF-β3和TGF-β5的交叉反应性低于2%。
