应用
凝血酶用于站点融合蛋白的位点特异性裂解，重组融合蛋白含有可进入的凝血酶识别站点，用于去除亲和标签。

NIH 试验程序使用 0.2ml 稀释血浆（与生理盐水 1:1）作为底物，0.1根据改进的 Biggs 方法，ml 凝血酶样本（在 1% 缓冲白蛋白溶液中稳定）。仅使用 15-25 秒范围内的凝血时间测定凝血酶浓度。
