Gel casting tray for horizontal submarine units

Construction of 1/4 in. thick UV-transparent acrylic prevents distortion during gel formation and permits use on a UV transilluminator. Grooves provide for uniform placement of combs near either end or toward the center of the gel. Wells in base form agarose "anchors," preventing gel from floating. Extra trays permit pouring one gel while running another.
