Tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily member 12A or TNF-like weak inducer of apoptosis Receptor (TWEAKR) or fibroblast growth factor-inducible immediate-early response protein 14 (fn14) is a type I transmembrane receptor comprising transmembrane domain, amino-terminal signal peptide, and carboxy-terminal cytoplasmic domain. The TWEAKR gene is mapped to human chromosome 16p13.3. TWEAKR is expressed in the placenta, lungs, kidney, and heart.

For continuous use, store at 2-8 °C for up to one month. For extended storage, freeze in working aliquots. Repeated freezing and thawing is not recommended. Working dilution samples should be discarded if not used within 12 hours.
