UniScript^™ Transcription Kits

Sigma′s UniScript^™ system provides the most convenient, versatile, and efficient method for producing radioactive and non-radioactive, single-stranded RNA transcripts for use in a variety of applications. Unlabeled RNA transcripts in high yields may also be prepared with the UniScript system. Dependent on your promoter needs, the UniScript Transcription kits are configured to provide maximum flexibility and are supplied in single or double RNA polymerase/RNase Inhibitor mix formats. Complete and detailed protocols are provided with each kit and contains reagents sufficient for 60 in vitro transcription reactions with labeled or unlabeled CTP or UTP.

Unlabeled RNA transcripts in high yields may also be prepared with the Uniscript system. Hapten-modified nucleotides are not provided with the kit but may be purchased separately.

Kit contains one vial of T3 RNA Polymerase/Inhibitor Mix and one vial of T7 RNA Polymerase/Inhibitor Mix.
