Each unit comes with tank and lid, power leads and connectors, dual-gel running module, casting base, four sets of glass plates, one acrylic dummy plate (for running in single-gel mode), two sample combs, two spacer sets, and two spacer aligners. All components are available separately

The cooling block version has hose connectors for tap water or coolant from a circulating water bath. Cooled gels can be run faster than conventional gels, minimizing heat induced lane distortions, and are ideal for native protein separations as well as SDS-Protein and DNA applications requiring temperature control.

Included are 1.0 mm × 10 sample combs and matching spacers (two sets).
