Use the MilliBlot-V for fast, efficient transfers of nucleic acids from agarose gels onto membranes. The unit comes with five rubber gaskets that can be cut to accommodate any size gel up to 20 × 20 cm. The buffer falls into a graduated V-shaped collection trough, so progress of the transfer can be monitored. Assembly is simple, requiring no filter paper stack, and maintenance is minimal.
