This video guide, produced at the University of Pittsburgh Hybridoma Center, demonstrates the technical steps required for the successful production of antibodies: immunization and bleeding of mice, fusion of spleen cells and myeloma cells with PEG and DMSO, HAT selection and screening off positive cultures and growth of hybridoma lines.
