Greiner Lumox^™ culture dish

Previously known as petriPERM culture dishes, this dish has a gas-permeable base allowing cells to grow faster at the gas/liquid interface. With ordinary plates, the medium forms a barrier to gas diffusion, limiting cell growth. The base-membrane is crystal clear, UV transparent and does not fluoresce. Cells grown on the membrane can be stained in place or the membrane can be cut for staining, documentation or other applications.
