Cellometer^® automated cell counting chamber slides, disposable

Cellometer disposable counting chambers consist of two independent enclosed chambers with precisely controlled height. Cell suspension of 20 microliters is loaded into the chamber using a standard single channel pipette.

Cell counting occurs in the central location of the counting chamber. Precise and complete loading of the counting chamber is not necessary as long as the counting area is covered with cell suspension.

The chambers come packed with protective films on each side.
