Application

Supelite DAX-8在以下应用中用作吸收剂：

General description

Supelite DAX-8是一种非官能化树脂，含有强烈的疏水性有机物质，可与腐殖酸和富里酸一起使用。它也称为聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯树脂。

Preparation Note

DAX-8是一种盐吸收树脂，在使用前需要进行一些准备操作。在下面的实验方案中，您可以使用甲醇代替乙醇。
  • 首先，用2-3个床体积（BV）的蒸馏水冲洗吸附性树脂。
  • 在2 BV的95％乙醇中浸泡过夜。
  • 浸泡后，将树脂加入色谱柱，并用另外2 BV的95％乙醇进行冲洗。
  • 先用2 BV蒸馏水冲洗以将乙醇进行置换，然后用1 BV 4％（w/v）氢氧化钠、2 BV蒸馏水、1 BV 4％（v/v）盐酸进行冲洗，最后用蒸馏水冲洗直至洗脱液的pH变为中性。
