General description
GC方法根据固定相的属性可分为两类；气固色谱（GSC）和气液色谱（GLC）。GSC具有固体吸附材料，且溶质颗粒可通过静电力而从流动相中被去除。GLC会有一层薄薄的液体层通过涂覆或键合在惰性颗粒的表面或色谱柱壁上，其中的溶质颗粒会根据其分配系数而被保留在液相中。固定相的主要必需条件是能够提供可在合理时间内保持相完整性的样品分离。它应当可对化学和热变化应保持稳定。选择性、峰对称性、分析时间、分离度、峰拖尾是选择固定相前应考虑的几个参数。Triton X-100是一种非离子型烷基酚乙氧基化物表面活性剂。
合成的产品更纯净，分子量范围窄，不含用作 GC 固定相的痕量催化剂或杂质。
