General description
GC 方法根据固定相的性质分为两类：气固色谱 (GSC) 和气液色谱 (GLC)。GSC 含有固体吸附材料，可通过静电力将溶质颗粒从流动相中除去。GLC 在惰性粒子表面或色谱柱壁上涂覆或粘合了一层薄薄的液体，根据其分配系数，溶质粒子保留在液相中。固定相的主要必要性是在合理时间内提供样品分离维持相完整性。其对化学和热变化应稳定。选择性、峰对称性、分析时间、分离度、峰拖尾是选择固定相应考虑的几个参数。SP-2100 是一种适用于固定相的甲基硅油。
合成的产品更纯净，分子量范围窄，不含用作 GC 固定相的痕量催化剂或杂质。
Application
