Rejuv-8 is a commercially available resilylating mixture of N,O-bis(trimethylsilyl)acetamide, hexamethyldisilazane and 1-(trimethylsilyl)imidazole.

应用

Rejuv-8 was used as resilylating reagent during:
  • postcoating treatment performed for the GC column in fast separation of organophosphonate and organosulfur compounds.
  • pre-reduction and cryotrapping for speciation analysis of pentavalent arsenicals by thioglycolic acid using selective hydride generation-cryotrapping-atomic absorption spectrometry.
  • studying GC models for separation optimization in pressure-tunable tandem capillary columns using new capillary column interface.
