General description
Isothermal Test Mix Kit comprises of three isothermal test mixes, used to indicate column efficiency, leaks, dead volume, and sample adsorption. Match the polarity of the test mix with the polarity of the column. This kit consists of 2 mL each of the three isothermal test mixes described below.
- Nonpolar Column Test Mix - For all nonpolar phases. 500μg/mL each component in methylene chloride.
- Intermediate Polarity Column Test Mix - For SPB-20, SPB-35, and other intermediate polarity phases. 500μg/mL each component in methylene chloride.
- Polar Column Test Mix - For SUPELCOWAX 10, SP-1000, and other polar phases.
- 500μg/mL each component in methylene chloride.
