General description
分散SPE法，通常也是指"QuEChERS” 方法（快速，简便，便宜，有效，耐用和安全），是一种现代样本准备技术，正在越来越多地被用在食品和农业产品多残基杀虫剂分析领域。
使用QuEChERS方法，食品/农产品样本首先在水溶性溶剂（比如乙腈），在高盐（比如氯化钠和硫酸镁）和或者缓冲试剂（比如柠檬酸盐）存在下，进行提取。高盐能够引起液相分离，而缓冲试剂能够稳定酸碱不稳定杀虫剂。 在摇晃和离心之后，有机相部分就进一步用SPE清洁。 和传统的SPE管方法不同，在分散SPE中，清洁需要混合大量的SPE（比如Supelclean PSA, ENVI-Carb， 和或者Discovery DSC-18）和提取物。 在样本清洁后，混合物经过离心，得到的上清可以直接分析，或者在分析前需要很少的处理。
Supelco有一系列的管和离心管，含有预置量的盐和SPE吸附剂，能够支持现今最常用的方法。
