Application
Sulfosulfuron is a sulfonylurea herbicide for annual grass and broad-leaved weed control in cereals and other crops e.g. wheat, triticale. It is highly soluble in water, is semi-volatile and is mobile with a high potential for leaching to groundwater based on its physico-chemical properties. It is approved according to Reg (EC) 1107/2009 for use in the European Union (EU) as a plant protection product. Maximum residue levels (MRLs) have been set according to Reg. (EC) No 617/2014 for sulfosulfuron for various products of plant and animal origin in the range of 0.01 - 0.05 mg/kg . The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
General description
This certified reference material (CRM) is produced and certified in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and ISO 17034.
