General description
GreenSep HILIC is composed of a polyhydroxylated polymer that is coated and bound to silica. This composition provides hydroxyl levels, that are well above conventional silica and diol type stationary phases, and permits higher loading. The chromatogram below is an example of the superior separation performance obtainable for chemicals containing a variety of functional groups with the GreenSep HILIC column.
