Application
来自溶组织梭菌（Clostridium histolyticum）的胶原酶，可用于从许多类型的动物组织中分离细胞。VETECI型胶原酶具有胶原酶、酪蛋白酶、梭菌蛋白酶和胰蛋白酶活性的原始平衡，建议用于上皮细胞、肝细胞、肺细胞和肾上腺原代细胞的分离。
Biochem/physiol Actions
每摩尔胶原蛋白酶被4g原子钙活化。 它被乙二醇-双（β-氨基乙基醚）-N，NN′,N′-四乙酸，β-巯基乙醇、谷胱甘肽、巯基乙酸和8-羟基喹啉抑制。
Analysis Note
