Raynaud phenomena and migraine in two children: inclusion within a family of related disorders.

We report a case of two siblings with Raynaud phenomena and migraine, whose symptoms were successfully treated with pizotifen. To our knowledge, this is the first case documenting the association between Raynaud phenomena and migraine in two siblings with a family history of Raynaud phenomena and ischaemic heart disease.
