General description
One software platform across our fully automated system
From bioreaction to chromatography and tangential flow filtration, CCP® software can provide one familiar interface to simplify software management and reduce learning curves from process development to large-scale manufacturing processes.
The Common Control Platform® (CCP®) software is ideal for the biopharmaceutical industry where reliability, flexibility, and connectivity between diverse upstream and downstream systems is required. It enables all processes to be controlled by a single automation, data acquisition, and batch reporting system. Applications developed in the laboratory can be quickly, easily, and economically scaled up to the production level with reduced process development efforts.

Features and Benefits
Utilize SCADA Packages Networking Capabilities
The networking capabilities of SCADA control software enable CCP® software to link upstream and downstream systems together and take advantage of the benefits of a robust network architecture.
Remote access may be configured to display real-time process data or to access historical data from any number of systems.
Standard high-speed network communication between the PC and PLC ensures robust data acquisition and fast system response. The external ethernet link also enables batch record data to be sent to a remote computer for permanent record archiving.
Using industrial OPC standards, CCP® software simplifies connection to the plant network for remote monitoring and control.
Secure Data Acquisition and Batch Reporting
Included with CCP® software is a powerful data acquisition and Batch Reporting utility. This utility monitors the process, acquires and secures process data, and provides a comprehensive data trail for process reports and regulatory compliance. Data is recorded into the electronic records immediately after the program is enabled. Following recognized industry standards, tools enable the collection and reporting of process information. The operator can initiate individual reports by batch ID or date range. These tools enable the user to query process data, which is secured within a relational database. Data acquisition is automatic and all data stored in the electronic record is unalterable and may be exported in several formats. These multiple formats allow you to export the data to other tools for post-acquisition analysis review and comparison.

- Intuitive display allows the operator to concentrate on the process, not the computer
- Batch reporting features and secure data acquisition meet regulatory requirements
- Process status is displayed in real time
- The easy recipe manager enables quick set-up of process operating protocols
Facilitates 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance
The use of industrially robust SCADA technology enables the control platform to satisfy the most stringent standards for connectivity, reliability and ease of use. Building on the SCADA platform, we integrate a comprehensive application shell that is specifically configured to meet the needs of the process scientist. The result is a powerful, simple process control, data management and reporting system. CCP® software, which operates on Microsoft Windows® IoT Enterprise LTSC operating system, was developed according to GAMP® 5 guidelines and facilitates 21 CFR Part 11 regulatory compliance for electronic records and signatures.
