Biochem/physiol Actions

BTN3A3（嗜乳脂蛋白，亚家族3，成员A3）基因编码嗜乳脂蛋白（BTN）家族的成员，其成员是主要的组织相容性复合体（MHC）相关基因。这些基因编码包含两个细胞外免疫球蛋白（Ig）域和一个细胞内B30.2（PRYSPRY）域的I型膜蛋白。BTN3A3在内皮细胞，乳腺上皮细胞分泌乳脂的液滴周围的膜层，免疫细胞和某些肿瘤细胞系上表达。它可能与CD4+ 和CD8+的增殖以及T细胞的细胞因子分泌有关。它可能作为CD4+T细胞和NK（自然杀伤）细胞上的共刺激分子。
