Environmental

Triforine is a fungicide active against a range of diseases including powdery mildew, scab and rust on cereals, curcubits, mushrooms and several fruits including clueberries, cherries, peaches, apples, grapes and mangoes. As of Reg. (EC) No 1107/2009 triforine is not approved for use as plant protection product in the European Union (EU). Maximum residue levels (MRLs) haven been set acc. to Reg. (EU) No 310/2011 for various products of plant and animal origin in the range of 0.01 - 0.05 mg/kg. The certified reference material (CRM) is intended to be used as a calibrant for chromatography and other analytical techniques.
