Biochem/physiol Actions
大肠杆菌脂质提取物是含有磷脂的16、17和18个碳，即磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰甘油和心磷脂的一种组合。它可用于制备支持的脂质双层。大肠杆菌脂质提取物在对任何细菌样品进行鉴定和分类时可作为分析磷脂的标准品。
General description
该产品是37℃生长于Kornberg Minimal培养基中并在3/4对数生长期提取的大肠杆菌B（ATCC 11303）提取物。总大肠杆菌脂质提取物是各组织的氯仿：甲醇提取物。将该提取液用去离子水进行分配并浓缩氯仿相。
