生化/生理作用

制备说明
将冻干产品在2-8°C下保存长达12个月。复溶后，产品作为未稀释的液体在2-8°C下稳定数周。 使用无菌技术，因为制剂不含防腐剂。要延长复溶后溶液的保存时间，我们建议加入等体积的甘油，使甘油的最终浓度达到 50％，然后以等分试样或未等分试样置于 -20°C 下可保存长达 12 个月。请注意，添加甘油后，蛋白质（和缓冲盐）的浓度将降至原浓度的一半。应避免反复冻/融循环。
