使用该抗巨噬细胞/单核细胞抗体，克隆MOMA-2，检测巨噬细胞/单核细胞，经验证可用于FC、IH。
流式细胞术：建议此应用采用膜渗透法。
免疫组织学：1:25新鲜冷冻切片。MAB1852识别的表位对甲醛敏感。强烈建议在新鲜丙酮中固定，温度为4°C或更低。丙酮固定后标本必须完全风干。不建议使用福尔马林或PFA固定。
由于滴度较低，建议使用增强检测系统，例如本公司的多HRP二级抗体或生物素标记的二级抗体，然后使用SA-FITC。
最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户进行确定。
