General description
在遗传性疾病、家族性腺瘤性息肉病（FAP）和超过80％的大肠癌中，腺瘤性息肉病大肠癌抑癌基因都发生了突变（通常是APC的C端部分缺失）。C-APC 28.8可用于APC表达和APC突变检测。
