72 kDa乳腺癌抗性蛋白(BCRP)是人ATP结合盒(ABC)转运蛋白超家族G亚家族的第二个成员，因此也称为ABCG2。BCRP是仅由1个核苷酸结合结构域和1个跨膜结构域组成的半转运蛋白。目前的实验证据表明，BCRP可能起同型二聚体或同型四聚体的作用。BCRP的过度表达与对多种抗癌药的高水平耐药性有关。在大量血液恶性肿瘤和实体瘤中检测到BCRP表达，表明该转运蛋白可能在癌症的临床耐药性中起重要作用。除了其对化疗药物的抗性作用外，BCRP还可以主动转运结构多样的有机分子（结合或未结合），例如雌酮-3-硫酸盐，17-β-雌二醇17-（β-D-葡萄糖醛酸）和甲氨蝶呤。BCRP在胎盘合体滋养层细胞、小肠上皮的顶膜、肝小管膜和人脑微血管内皮细胞的腔表面高度表达。这种战略性和实质性的组织定位表明，BCRP在作为BCRP底物的药物的吸收、分布和消除中也起着重要作用

免疫原

由大肠杆菌麦芽糖结合蛋白和BCRP的126-aa部分（aa 271-396）组成的融合蛋白。

应用

免疫细胞化学：
一个先前批次的1:20 – 1:50稀释液用于丙酮固定的细胞离心涂片制备。

免疫组织化学：
一个先前批次的1:20稀释液用于丙酮固定的冷冻组织切片；一个先前批次的1:20稀释液用于甲醛固定石蜡包埋组织，用10 mM柠檬酸盐（pH 6.0）预处理20分钟。

最佳工作稀释度必须由最终用户确定。
