Preparation Note
将37.2g悬浮于600mL纯化水中（含12mL甘油，货号 49769）。在不断搅拌的同时加热，沸腾1分钟。121°C下灭菌15分钟。冷却至45-50°C 。无菌添加1L匀浆化无菌蛋液。如有需要，再加入4瓶Gruft分枝杆菌添加剂（货号 51803）。分装无菌培养管，85°C下倾斜放置凝固45分钟。
