Preparation Note
将38.5 g悬浮于1L蒸馏水中，静置5分钟。加热至沸腾，并分装到平板或试管中。可以选择在 121°C 下高压蒸汽灭菌 15 分钟，但是如果培养基将在制备当日使用，则应进行灭菌。但是灭菌后，培养基可能会变得混浊。不灭菌可提高受压微生物的回收率。
