生化/生理作用

二甲双胍是一种降糖药,可以降低血糖水平,提高胰岛素敏感性。 它的代谢作用,包括抑制肝脏糖异生,至少部分是通过激活LKB1-AMPK(AMP活化蛋白激酶)通路介导的。 这一通路的激活也参与了二甲双胍在癌细胞系中的抗增殖和促凋亡作用。
