ARPC1B(肌动蛋白相关蛋白2/3复合体,亚单位1B,41kDa)参与细胞皮层肌动蛋白纤维网络的形成。该蛋白亚基(ARPC1B)可维持Arp2/3复合体的结构和活性。p41-Arc是Arp2/3复合体的调控组分,其过表达会导致肌动蛋白纤维变化,使肌动蛋白在细胞核中积聚。这一变化进而会诱发内在抗肿瘤的过早衰老程序。
