General description
Bouin′液是非凝结性的染色固定液，呈黄色。由于其含苦味酸成分，用作防腐剂时会使组织收缩。主要用于输尿管镜下活组织检查。用其固定后，可以保留组织细胞形态和核信息。
Application
Bouins′液用于：
- 对人体肝活检组织样品染色，进行双光子激发荧光（TPEF）成像和二次谐波（SHG）成像
- 固定大鼠卵巢，用显微镜观察卵泡细胞
- 固定蟹性腺，进行形态学和组织学分析
用饱和苦味酸、甲醛和乙酸制备。良好的固定剂，可以用来保存柔软和精细的结构。在各种三色法中作为媒染剂。
