由人PD-1羧基末端附近的16个氨基酸组成的肽。
Biochem/physiol Actions
PD-1（程序性死亡1，programmed death-1）基因对系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）敏感。PD-1的多态性可能参与EOG（上皮性卵巢癌）的生长。它可作为T细胞的负调节剂。它还导致肿瘤细胞介导的免疫逃逸。
