Preparation Note

DMEM (D6546) + 2mM L-Glutamine (G7513) + 10% FBS (F2442)
Split sub-confluent cultures (70-80%) 1:3 to 1:4 i.e. seeding 3-4 x 100,000 cells / cm2; harvest cells by scraping and maintain continuously at high density
