General description

组蛋白乙酰转移酶(HAT)在细胞功能中发挥关键作用,它参与基因转录、分化和增殖的调控。HAT活性比色测定试剂盒提供了一种便捷的非放射性系统,可快速、灵敏地检测哺乳动物样品中的HAT活性。该试剂盒包含活性核提取物(NE)阳性对照、HAT辅因子、乙酰辅酶A以及所有下游辅因子和底物。活性HAT催化肽底物的乙酰化,释放出游离形式的辅因子,而辅因子是产生NADH所必需的辅酶。通过与可溶性四唑鎓染料反应,可使用分光光度法轻松检测到NADH。这种检测可以是连续性的,因此适用于动力学研究。该试剂盒为完整测定提供了所有试剂和简单的实验方案。
