Cyclin A primer set

Amplifies human and hamster.

Synthetic oligonucleotide primers for the amplification of specific genes by PCR. Each set includes a 5′-sense and a 3′-antisense oligonucleotide in separate tubes ready for use in PCR. The primer sets can also be used for the detection of specific gene expression by RT-PCR.

Sets include enough of the sense and anti-sense primers for 50 reactions. Information on optimized working conditions is provided.
