General description
活化C激酶(RACK)的受体是蛋白激酶C(PKC)的支架蛋白。它由七个WD(Trp-Asp)重复序列组成,因此类似于G蛋白亚基的结构。
Immunogen
对应于人RACK1第2-16个氨基酸的合成肽,通过一个在C端添加的半胱氨酸残基与KLH偶联。相应的序列在人、大鼠和小鼠中是保守的。
Application
也用于免疫印迹。
抗RACK1(N-末端)抗体适用于间接免疫荧光(1:100-1:200,使用多聚甲醛固定的HeLa细胞)、蛋白质印迹(1:500-1:1,000,使用HEK-293T细胞裂解物)和免疫沉淀(5-10 μL,使用HEK-293T细胞裂解物)。
Biochem/physiol Actions
RACK1是激活的C激酶的受体,在生长因子受体信号通路的下游起作用。RACK1还调节多种功能,例如细胞粘附,趋化性和突出。RACK1表达增加与乳腺癌中的细胞迁移和转移有关。因此,RACK1可作为乳腺癌的预后指标
