应用

SYBR® Green JumpStart™ Taq ReadyMix™预混液（适合定量PCR，毛细管专用）可用于实时定量聚合酶链式反应(RT-qPCR)和逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)。

生化/生理作用

SYBR Green I是一种常用的荧光DNA结合染料，可结合所有双链DNA，并通过测量整个循环中荧光的增加来监测检测。SYBR Green I最大激活和发射峰值分别在494nm和521nm。在加入一种热启动介导tag聚合酶，JumpStart Taq后，Sigma′s基于SYBR QPCR检测的特异性被增强。

JumpStart Taq抗体在室温下能够使DNA聚合酶失活。当温度在第一步循环变性中升高到70℃以上，复合体解离，聚合酶完全被激活。JumpStart Taq DNA聚合酶防止非特异性扩增，能够获得更为准确的CT值。

为制备反应，将10 μL ReadyMix加入引物、模板和水中，使最终反应体积为20 μL。
