General description
增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)是一种核蛋白，在哺乳动物中广泛表达。它是一种环状同型三聚体蛋白，在胸腺、骨髓、胎肝以及少数小肠和结肠细胞中高水平表达。PCNA主要位于细胞核。PCNA基因是单拷贝基因，定位于人类染色体20p13。
