General description
免疫球蛋白G(IgG)是免疫球蛋白家族的一部分。它由恒定(C)区的γ重链组成,并在血清中广泛表达。IgG是150kDa的单体,具有两条相同的重链和两条相同的轻链,分子量分别为50kDa和25kDa。该抗体的一级结构还包含连接两条重链、连接重链和轻链,并位于链内的二硫键。母体IgG是唯一能通过胎盘转运至胎儿的抗体。它对婴儿进行被动免疫。IgG 可进一步分为四种亚型,即IgG1、IgG2、IgG3 和 IgG4,而这四种亚型所含的不同重链分别称为 γ1、 γ2、 γ3 和 γ4。IgG2参与对细菌荚膜多糖抗原的免疫反应。它的缺乏与细菌感染的易感性增加有关。
