General description
程序性细胞死亡1配体1（PD-L1），又称分化簇（CD274）或B7同源物1（B7-H1），是不断增长的B7免疫分子家族的成员。PD-L1是一种细胞表面免疫球蛋白，胞外区有两个Ig样结构域和一个短胞质结构域。该蛋白在心脏、骨骼肌、胎盘和肺中高表达，在胸腺、脾脏、肾脏和肝脏中弱表达。PD-L1在活化的T细胞、B细胞、树突状细胞、角质形成细胞和单核细胞上表达。编码它的基因位于人类染色体9p24.1。
