Application

Biochem/physiol Actions

泛素通过其C末端甘氨酸残基的ε-氨基与蛋白质的赖氨酸残基相互作用。与泛素相互作用的蛋白质通过一个三步过程进行单泛素化（mono-ubiquitination）或多单泛素化（multi-mono-ubiquitination）。泛素化调节细胞内运输和蛋白质降解，并且该途径的失衡与疾病有关。
