Separation pf a mix of 2-AB labled N-linked glycans released from human IgG was optimized on BIOshell™ Glycan HPLC Columns. Baseline resolutions for all of the individual glycans were observed in both mixes, except for the positional isomer pair G1F and G1F′ which were partially resolved.
