The UHPLC method presented here shows the rapid analysis of the sulfa drugs sulfacetamide, sulfadiazine, sulfathiazole, and sulfamerazine on Ascentis Express 2 μm C18. Analysis time is less than one minute. The sulfa drugs analyzed here all contain a sulfanilamide substructure as active group.
