Duolink®近接测定
Duolink® Proximity Ligation Assays (PLA)能够研究内源性蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用(PPI)和翻译后修饰,为单个事件提供荧光信号,可通过显微镜或流式细胞仪进行观察。为了研究蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用,Duolink® PLA 技术使用一对标记有寡核苷酸的抗体,当寡核苷酸存在于 40 纳米范围内时,在加入标记探针后进行滚圆放大,产生特定的荧光信号。
